I hope you are all continuing to keep well and stay positive in these challenging times. Never could I imagine what was ahead. Longing to see our family and friends again. To hug each other and be together. We’re spending more time inside, which can ultimately lead to feeling low and anxious. Which is why it is crucial to look after yourself, and to try to (somehow) search for the positives.
The one thing that has really brightened the last three weeks for me, is the array of rainbows sat brightly in window upon window and the chalk drawings on the pavements asking us to stay safe. They give us a feeling of togetherness, giving us all hope that we will be back to normality soon. Which got me thinking… how can I spread a little rainbow love?
